What Else You Want To Say

A friend share this and I thought it would be nice to have this out, read above written by Ah Lim. A transcrip as :

Said Also Don't Listen
Listen Also Don't Understand
Not Understand Also Don't Ask
Ask Also Don't Do
Do Also Do Wrong
Wrong Also Don't Admit
Aldmit Also Don't Correct
Correct Also Not Happy
Not Happy Also Don't Say

What else can you say as this is true of people behavior and always like that, that make people say and then when angry, they make no friends of others.

Anyway, if you are hungry at nite and want to have a
five star pastry from a five star hotel, head to E&O Hoteland get some bites from them. Go after 8.30pm and all pastries, scones & pies at 50% discount...... I got all 6 pastries for less than RM15 and indeed had a party savouring all these nice pastries...yummie...chocolate croissant, scones and a whole big piece of chicken pie.....make you hungry...

Thaipusam in Penang - 21 Jan 2008

Thaipusam is a colourful celebration of the
birthday of Lord Subramaniam, one of the paramount Hindu deities and son of
Siva. Celebrated by Hindu Indians of all classes, it is said that the
celebration here in Penang today is more intense than the one in native South
India.Thaipusam is a day of consecration to the Hindu deity, Lord Murugan, sometimes
also called Lord Subramaniam. The Hindus believe that by celebrating Thaipusam,
they are cleansed of all sins and that their misdeeds can be redeemed in many
ways during the festival. Thus before the actual day, Hindus must prepare
themselves by observing a strictly regimented schedule of fasting, dieting and
maintaining self-discipline – to purify themselves so that they may go into a
trance-like state and transcend pain when carrying out the rituals on the day
This morning at 1030hrs I was at the temple in Queen street witnessing the Thaipusam celebrations.

PDCA cycle - "the DEMING WHEEL"

PDCA Cycle - “ the DEMING WHEEL”

Walter A Shewhart was born on 18th March, 1981 in New Canton, United States of America. He has done major contribution in the field of mathematics and process modeling. Shewhart developed the PDCA cycle and W. Edwards Deming made it famous therefore, Plan Do Check Act cycle is also known as Shewhart cycle or Deming cycle. The PDCA cycle is incorporated into the development process and it helps project manager in making decision. This process model provides feedback for continual improvement.

The four elements of PDCA cycle are:
PLAN to improve your operations first by finding out what things are going wrong (that is identify the problems faced), and come up with ideas for solving these problems

DO changes designed to solve the problems on a small or experimental scale first. This minimises disruption to routine activity while testing whether the changes will work or not.

CHECK whether the small scale or experimental chnges are achieving the desired result or not to ensure that you know what the quality of the output is at all times to identify new problems when they crop up.

ACT to implement changes on a larger scale if the experiment is successful. This means making the changes a routine part of your activity. Also ACT to involve other persons (other departments, suppliers, or customers) affected by the changes and whose cooperation you need to implement them on a larger scale, or those who may simply benefit from what you have learned (you may, of course, already have involved these people in the DO or trial stage.

This is the "Grandfather Rock".... it's is also known as "Hin Tai & Hin Yai" in Thai.

Grandfather Rock at Koh Samui and there's another rock called "Grandmother Rock". From the look of the rock, I think you should know the obvious reasons why this was named as...

The "Mummified Monk" at Wat Khunaram and please read below the details of this.

Ko Samui (or Koh Samui, Thai: เกาะสมุย) is an island off the east coast of the Kra Isthmus in Thailand, close to the mainland Surat Thani town. It is Thailand's third largest island, with an area of 228.7 km² and a population of 47,874 (2006).
