A nice looking plate of Mackerel Fish Ball
And then, the steam boat party begins...

Fish ball that I made : Mackerel Fish Ball ( must choose the spotted type, in Hokkien called "Beh Ka Hu") pure 100% fish and very tasty with no MSG, tried 4 times ( with many fish ball thrown away) and this was a final success..yummie...if you love fish ball, make your own unlike the one that you bought from the market with a lot of additives, preservatives and food enhancers.

The next moring, had this for breakfast "Kwai Loe Breakfast" French Barquete with fresh salmon slice sandwiched with slice boiled eggs and surrounded with Chilean strawberries...they look yummp and I finished this whole plate and somemore hungry..........

Flowers for decorations

Lily ( now from China la as from Holland more expensive...so now also fresh flowers got from China apart from mandarin oranges, food stuff, in fact everything la and now got also maid & mistress from China la...) for decoration and this shown after the 2nd days with another bulb waiting to be opened.
Very nice fragrance fills the whole house when the flowers blooms and some would not like the strong scent.
This is the Noritake porcelain of the famous Sri Lanka elephant and FF bought it for when she is in Colombo. The tea is still inside and what we want is the porcelain elephant. The next time she will buy for us bigger elephant and maybe a set of rhinocerous porcelain.
Lily fully bloom on the 3rd day and the fragrance of this ( like Jasmine) fills the whole house and this is direct from nature at its best....appreciate it...
After the Lily withered away, she bought a set of Heliconia (this is from Cameron Highlands and got to order in advance - 2 weeks notice : bird of paradise, aslo known as) and this will last for 2 weeks and nice to have it in the house.

This is what we have bought back from Chiengmai during our last trip, the famous Celadon ware (green color) and this is originated only from Chiengmai and with Airasia flying there, everyone can now go there... Month of May is lychee & longan seasons and I will be there again...yumee,,sedap
